Baking Pan Bucket
Genuine Morphy Richards
Aunque resultó ser más alto de lo que calculé, funciona muy bien en mi panera indurama, no desprende aroma ni sabores, a penas la enjuague antes del primer uso.The seal around the blade shaft failed in our Lakeland bread maker so I bought this to replace the whole tin. Even though it is labelled as Morphy Richards, it fits the Lakeland bread maker perfectly. It is a litttle taller so marginally better!Save the mixer paddle from the old machine and clean it with a small bottle brush so it doesn't stick on the shaft.I have the Morphy Richards Fastbake 48281.Got it from Argos in December 2020.I do believe it's the model most commonly available both recently and currently.A bit of Google searching revealed the bearings had gone, as a black sooty substance was appearing in the bit where it locks on inside the machine and the paddle post fell out.It had lasted ten and a half months of a daily use, being tasked to make one loaf per day. This necessitated a replacement pan.I got this one.It is exactly the same as the original and fits perfectly. If online research is anything to go by, this will be a regular occurrence as it appears this is a built in flaw by whoever actually makes these machines to keep profits up by selling you a new pan regularly. Almost the bread maker equivalent of the inkjet cartridges, I would say.Not great but still cheaper per loaf than shop bought, easier to eat and you don't have to go searching the high street for bread that doesn't taste like soya flour adulterated undercooked rubbery nastiness. That was close.... thought I may have to go out and actually BUY a loaf of bread!.Bought to replace a Morphy Richards pan (machine model 48324) due to the usual problem of the paddle bearing worn out after a lot of use over several years. This replacement pan is the exact same type as the original, which is great. On our machine, the paddle does a 'reverse-mix' just before its' final rise-and-bake, in order to collapse the swiveling mixing blade. With the old pan, this reversing would actually twist the whole pan anti-clockwise to the lift-out position, but this new pan is nice and tight when locked in position (just like the original 'used' to be).Very happy, back to baking our preferred bread again!.This pan means the breadmaker is just like new! In other words, it squeaks and squeals, just like the Morphy Richards original. It is completely compatible, which means we are now back to a baking schedule of two or three delicious fresh loaves each week. With luck, we will get 18 months to two years out of this one - and it will still be listed at the end of 2020. Maybe one day they will redesign the bearing, until then Amazon will fill the gap.The spindle at the bottom of the bake tub broke completely after 2 years of heavy work, we haven’t bought any bread products in that time. There is no fix when the seal or bearings fail but the genuine replacement is reasonably priced. As it happened, my machine was a few weeks inside the two year warranty period and Morphy Richards replaced not only the bake tub but the whole bread maker. That’s what you call good service. So I now have two working machines.
