I am so impressed with this book, the layout, fonts, and articulate commentary, that I think it's an injustice to charge any less than $17.99 - $19.99 minimally. The work is incredible, and the quality of the pictures are amazing. I have not had time to the guts of it to the test and made each recipe, but just the preface and afterwards/bio, but the premise alone is very compelling and smart. This is such a "marketable" idea applied to genius.
